Welp…Amiya finally forced to kill someone.

Byno • 1 year ago

No, she wasn't exactly forced....she couldn't control her own power. You see those rings on her fingers? Those are there to seal her powers in, to limit herself from using too much of her powers. Amiya is powerful, but her arts can take a toll on her own health

Judgment526 • 1 year ago

“Forced” as in the situation forced her to take desperate measures, whether she was conscious of it or not.

OfficialDrixMalone • 1 year ago

Yup, it was pretty obvious too smh.

Ryuuske Shimazu • 1 year ago

know the lore first before you talk dumbfck

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Yo chill Ryuuske Shimazu, there's no need to get that toxic. 0-100 real quick with Ryuuske Shimazu

OfficialDrixMalone • 1 year ago

Lmao, dude seem mad as hell for some reason. He must be lonely and a virgin, because why would I need to learn the lore when the scene in question was pretty clear?? The stupidity hurts my head so much, as his comment literally makes no sense smh. but I'm the dumbfck here 🤔🤦🏾‍♂️...

Andrew Tate, once said that sex can definitely changed a man's goal and character in their life.
A desperate man will do or say anything to have sex with that particular beautiful woman. He will forget his future goals or personal ambitions to just to have the girl of his dreams...AND continue sacrificing his money and dreams to just support her.
Do women care?

vovan1 • 1 year ago

hypocrisy limit break xD

Deus The Great • 1 year ago

Lol no way Amiya never killed anyone before. She blasted everything with her art since episode 1 both people and building. About to laugh when Misha said Rhodes Island didn't killed. I mean this is war where lives involved and she has been the commander of her post and many number of subordinates under her control. I was thinking they had been killing and killing since episode 1 either from herself or her subordinates. Why is this a thing? Even if she truly never killed anyone, her subordinates probably did. Is she the type to think that as long as she never killed anyone with her hand, she's clean? Kinda hypocrite of her to think like that (IF she did) because she's the commander which burden with responsibility and the sins of her subordinates. I mean this is war, both sides use weapons for killing, no way to think that no one died from both sides.

Azureink • 1 year ago

Mooks don't count when heroes talk about "not killing anyone".
Only when they kill important, named big bads does the fragile morality crumble.

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Not exactly sure, but is getting shot through the hand is lethal or something?

Judgment526 • 1 year ago

Pretty sure it didn’t just go through the hand.

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Not to say you're wrong, but why do you think so? I didn't see anything else pierce his body, so I was thinking her Arts somehow was so strong just touching it affected his whole body

Judgment526 • 1 year ago

Go back and look at 19:36 again. There were two strands Amiya fired. One of them pierced his hand, and the other one went through his torso. Also, something that looked like one of his grenade launcher shells dropped to the ground shortly after he got hit, and it was sliced clean in half. That was definitely a razor sharp physical attack. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have brought special attention to that particular detail.

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Ah, I see it now. Ty

Dazed • 1 year ago

It pierced his body as well, but Chinese censorship rules don't allow blood or wounds to be animated, so you can't see the consequences of her two beams.

Most common answer is that one beam was used to slice the rocket/grenade. The second beam pierced her heart.

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Yeah, thank you. I’m now able to see what I originally missed, and that was the second beam piercing his body

Just a passing by bear • 1 year ago

I dun get it, why does good people have to die for their ideals, they both strive to make the world better, yet what went wrong?

Quendi • 1 year ago

Because both sides think that the other party's way of handling/doing things is wrong and since neither party really wants to talk it's gotten to this point.

STAX • 1 year ago

Look, if your brother is part of a cult and Charging into battle. I think you should just be glad he wasn't able to kill a bunch of people by blowing himself up.

I am so glad Amiya got to Merc somebody. I know she's sad, but there is no other way to deal with that on such a battlefield.

Divine demon GOD Aris • 1 year ago

skullshatterer deserved everything he got

MeguminExplosion • 1 year ago

With a name like skullshatterer I think ill name myself nut-smasher. Bring the fear to my enemies' eyes.

7:45 Kirito is that you? Liskarm out here playing mw2 with a riot shield. Amiya you were supposed to give him a hit marker, not kill him.

Byno • 1 year ago

Sorry, that name is already taken XD

theENTER • 1 year ago

I remember there was someone with similar name in Tokyo Ghoul... cant remember tho.... XD

Killua Zoldyck • 1 year ago

Don't worry, Denji(chainsaw man) is carrying out the nut smashing legacy just fine

Archie Andrew's 1000 • 1 year ago

*Nut Cracker*

Billy Bob • 1 year ago

STAX • 1 year ago

All I heard was "Skull Shitter". XD

Divine demon GOD Aris • 1 year ago

maybe thats his fetish

Deus The Great • 1 year ago

We got Nutcracker in Tokyo Ghoul if i remembered correctly.

Akamatsu Soujiro • 1 year ago

and i would use name "DISH NUT BREAKER"

Saftsack • 1 year ago

Was the part with skullshatterer like this in the game? "Mimimi why did she kill him" Not like that dude was about to blow himself up to kill doctor + a lot of other people

Geryuganshoop • 1 year ago

no one really asking why she kill him tho? other than ofc Misha. theu got shovked by seeing a black lance with lightning speed over a hundren meters long just pierce the battlefield, and Amiya going with the lethal move when from the start she never does that kind of thing

Byno • 1 year ago

No, I think this is new. I don't remember much about this storypoint tbh, not really worth remembering, it's just Misha. But I think we do kill Skullshatterer, don't remember the exact details

Chad Narukami • 1 year ago

Basically Skullshatterer is K.I.A and Misha witnesses the result of Amiya's actions I believe in game.

theENTER • 1 year ago

dont remember exact detail either but pretty much same thing happened: skullshatterer surprise attacked Dokah and Amiya killed him to save Doktah....

Erik • 1 year ago

In the game Skullshatter got into melee range and was about to shank the Doctah when Amiya summoned her Arts to basically impale him (basically what happened here, except nof 100 meters, more like, 5.)

kuShiNe • 1 year ago

goes something like that, except the part of being part of ISIS, I think that's just anime

eman x • 1 year ago

i hate the idea of blaming one another if someone got killed ,, better accept that if have a war surely one will die!

rty • 1 year ago

I'm sorry but that's not how it works. If you're a veteran, you have already accepted that, and remember the fallen comrade as strength to keep going. But, Misha has never entered battle, and just witnessed her last family member got killed. Who the fuck is Amiya? She just met her for only a couple of days, trusted her and now made false promises. The idea sucks, but it's just reality. If someone can't take it, they will blame people even someone who never intended to do it.

Kunare • 1 year ago

I don't think you need to be a genius or even step foot in any war fo know that people will die. I mean it's like the first characteristic of war.

wolfycooki3s • 1 year ago

All in apple pie order!
The subber was really like If they won't make her say it, I'll do it myself. xD

Already hated it in the game and now even more, Skullshaterer guilt trapping Misha to join them was really hard to watch. Reunion is just like any big organisation, you have smaller groups and all of them have different interpretration of their common objective so some will go to the extreme like this...

I love the part where the explosive cockroach acted like the tsundere she is.

Vlad • 1 year ago

Could someone please explain this episode to me?
How the Frigg are they supposed to blast, shoot, stab and slash their enemies without killing or maiming them????

It's already hillarious enough when Batman says that he doesn't kill anyone, but then crushes their throat, or gives them a bungee jump with a stiff rope, etc. (There is at the very least one Youtube video on various examples of absolutely devastating nonlethal takedowns done by Batman)

Also, why is everyone upset about Skullshatterer getting killed? He was trying to blow himself up. He'd be dead anyway...

BTW: how Amiya reacted reminded me of what I've heard about some new soldiers facing their first enemy contact:
Recruit: someone is shooting us. Call the police.
Sargent: You're the police now! Shoot them!
(not a comedy-skit, this actually happened in war)

Geryuganshoop • 1 year ago

only RI personal and Penguin Logistics are doing the non lethal approach, to some extent Blacksteel but maybe jsut minimalizing casualties as their primary objective is the retake Misha. while the LGD, they don't really hold back, maybe the lack of bloods brings that illusion but many still die there, i really wish there's more blood. LGD tho also didn't really go there to exterminate (that will happen in ch 5), so maybe they to some extent holding back the lethality.

as for Alex, no one really sad he's dead more like shocked from Amiya arts, that thing manifest a black spear a hundred meters away approx, even i would shocked for it. and they got shocked too bcs Amiya actually aim for lethality there, all that she done before was only disabling their combat abilities after all

Vlad • 1 year ago

I would have loved to see some blood too... Seriously, I only realised it this episode that one of the sides was supposed to fight without killing. I just thought that they killed them and the lack of blood was the result of censorship...

Geryuganshoop • 1 year ago

it's a definitely a tone down. i hope they'll improve that, bcs if blood alone is lacking then the number of atrocities this story has might also be toned down (and believes me, so many of it are such a gut wrenching one and hit too close to reality)

Rendy Mulia Pradana • 1 year ago

ccp censorship man. wait for bluray maybe

Leo Aestron • 1 year ago

Can't help it because this game is originally from China. So, I guess animating it also gotta follow China's policy.
